What makes The Lawn Club different?

There are many excellent garden game suppliers, but what sets The Lawn Club apart is our focus on creating a beautifully styled experience that complements your event and venue. Rather than simply delivering equipment, our team ensures everything looks elegant, runs smoothly and guests feel welcome to join in.

How long is the hire period?

We typically arrive 2–3 hours before guests arrive to set up discreetly and ensure everything is ready before your event begins. Guests can then enjoy the games during the event and we quietly pack down at an agreed time.

What happens if the weather turns?

If showers are expected, we can move the games indoors, where space allows.

How do we secure a booking?

Booking is simple:

1. Submit an enquiry with your date, venue and event details

2. We confirm availability and venue suitability

3. A short planning call ensures we understand your event fully

4. We send a booking form and agreement

5. A 50% deposit secures your date

Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

How much space do you need?

For our miniature golf course, each hole measures approx. 3m (long) x 1 m (wide) of flat space. Additional games require extra space nearby. If your venue has limited room, we can also create smaller bespoke layouts.

 

Are the games hosted?

Our premium package is hosted by our team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and guests know exactly how to play.

Where are you based?

The Lawn Club is based in Cape Town. Our standard pricing includes events within a 25km radius. Additional kilometers will be charged accordingly.

What are the payment terms?

To confirm your booking:

• 50% deposit due within 72 hours

• Remaining balance due 30 days before the event

A refundable damage deposit is also required and returned within five days of the event, provided no damage occurs.

Can the games be tailored to our event?

Absolutely. We love creating experiences that feel unique to your celebration. Games can be styled to complement your venue, theme or colour palette, helping them blend beautifully into your event setting.
